Salmon River & Estuary Open Again
With the salmon spawn coming to a close, the Grizzly sow and cubs have moved inland in search of other food sources and we are pleased to reopen the river to kayak customers.
Temporary Salmon River Estuary Closure
Due to a mother Grizzly Bear and cubs feeding in the Salmon River estuary, Sayward Kayak Rental is pausing kayak rentals in the estuary until further notice. Kayak Rentals are still available for Roberts Lake and Keta Lake.
